HOME LOAN RCBC REQUIREMENTS FOR OFW – Here are the documents that you need to prepare in applying for Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) Housing Loan.
Who are qualified to apply for RCBC Home Loan? If you are an OFW, you must be:
- a Filipino citizen or a dual citizen (if foreigner, the applicant must be married to a Filipino citizen)
- at least 21 years upon the loan application but not more than 70 years old upon the loan maturity
- having a contact number (mobile number and residence or office landline)
- working in abroad for at least two (2) consecutive years already
Home Loan RCBC Requirements: Prepare the following documents…
- duly-accomplished and signed RCBC Home Loan Application Form
- copy of TCT and Tax Declaration (Land and Improvement)
- for the purpose of home construction, prepare the bill of materials
- proof of income:
- Business Registration with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
- Audited Financial Statements
- Bank Statements
