3. Terms and Conditions and Annex to Terms and Conditions for Deposit Products and Services
4. Customer Privacy and Data Protection Notice
5. Account Information Card
6. For ATM-based accounts: ATM Card Application and Maintenance Form
   For Checking accounts: Checkbook Control Card

Identification Documents:

• Latest 2×2 or 1×1 colored ID picture
  
• Any Government-issued IDs
• Proof of Address
  • Latest Utility Bill
  • Credit Card Bill
