Bicol International Airport – DOTr Sec Arthur Tugade Reveals Target Opening

Update on Bicol International Airport That Is Now Under 24/7 Construction

BICOL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT – Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Arthur Tugade revealed the target opening of the airport in Bicol.

The airports are among those businesses that were greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In fact, several airlines are calling for loan guarantees from the government so private banks will lend them money in case their funds would need a boost.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, there are a lot of travel restrictions and countries also locked their borders. Thus, flight cancellation usually takes place. A new setting also exists in airports now as there are a lot of protocols that must be practiced.

Meanwhile, despite many businesses suffering from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic now, there are still new ones crossing the surface to provide more services to the public.
