Update on Lotto Jackpot Cash Prizes as of Saturday, July 1, 2023
PCSO LOTTO JACKPOT CASH PRIZES – Here are the monetary prizes under the PCSO major lotto games as of today, Saturday, July 1, 2023.
Are you one of the Filipinos who love to play lotto games? The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) runs several major and minor lotto games in the country. It is a legal lotto operator.
Among the major PCSO lotto games are the Ultra Lotto 6/58, Grand Lotto 6/55, Super Lotto 6/49, Megalotto 6/45, and Lotto 6/42. Every day, at least two (2) major lotto draws are held by the PCSO. The major lotto jackpot prizes usually do not fall below P6 million.
Every time that no bettor got the exact winning combination in a draw, the jackpot prize increases. There were several instances when a grand prize went above the half-a-million mark.
Aside from the major lotto games of the PCSP, it also runs minor lotto games such as the Swertres Lotto, EZ2 Lotto, and Small Town Lottery (STL) games. These minor lotto games have daily draws but they are limited to certain areas.
It was not long ago when a 6/58 Ultra Lotto bettor won ₱366,687,465.20. It was one of the highest grand prizes bagged in the history of lotto.
It is important to be aware that the cash prizes that go beyond P10,001 are subject to a 20% tax deduction as mandated by the TRAIN Law. Furthermore, such prizes must be claimed within a year since the date of winning to avoid forfeiture.
