AREAS QUALIFIED FOR GSIS EMERGENCY CALAMITY LOAN – Here’s a list of areas that are eligible for the loan application from January to February.
In times of calamities, members of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) have a loan offer to turn to – the GSIS Emergency Calamity Loan offer. It is open for members of the government agency who are living or working in areas declared under a State of Calamity.

According to GSIS, the loan is payable in three (3) years or 36 monthly installments. Those with existing calamity loans may apply for renewal. The balance of the outstanding loan will be deducted from the proceeds of the new loan.
