  • Legitimate Spouse
  • Legitimate child who spent for the burial services
  • any person who spent for the funeral of the deceased member of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS)

The Government Service Insurance System has set different amounts under the benefits it offers such as the GSIS Unemployment Cash Benefit Amount and the GSIS Disability Cash Benefit Amount.
