Recently, the Government Service Insurance System gave an update on the releasing of the GSIS Christmas Bonus 2020. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, GSIS President Rolando Ledesma Macasaet said that the releasing of the cash gift will start today, December 1, 2020.

According to the report, Macasaet said that P3.3 billion of funds will be released for the GSIS Christmas Bonus 2020. The amount that pensioners will receive will depend on the amount they got as a cash gift in 2019.
