PAG-IBIG HOME LOAN REQUIREMENTS – Below is a list of documents needed in applying for the housing loan offer of Pag-IBIG Fund.
The Pag-IBIG Fund, one of the biggest government agencies in the Philippines, is mainly known for its housing loan offers to its members. Its qualified members with active accounts may apply for the housing loan for the purposes of acquiring a residential property, financing a house construction or home improvement, refinancing of an existing home loan, or combined loan purposes.

In applying for loan, there are Pag-IBIG Home Loan requirements that you must prepare and submit to the government agency. Check the list below for the documents that are needed for the evaluation of your loan application to Pag-IBIG Fund.
- Housing Loan Application with recent ID photo of borrower/co-borrower (if applicable) (2 copies, HQP-HLF-068/069)
- Building Plans, Specification with Bill of Materials duly signed by the Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
- one (1) valid ID (Photocopy, back-to-back) of Principal Borrower and Spouse, Co-Borrower and Spouse
- proof of Income:
- If you are employed, submit any of the following:
- Certified One (1) Month Payslip, within the last three (3) months prior to
date of loan application - Notarized Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC)
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) for the year immediately preceding the
date of loan application, with attached BIR Form No. 2316, stamped
received by the BIR
- Certified One (1) Month Payslip, within the last three (3) months prior to
- If you are self-employed, submit any of the following:
- Commission Vouchers reflecting the issuer’s name and contact details
(for the last 12 months) - Copy of Lease Contract and Tax Declaration (if income is derived from
rental payments) - Certificate of Engagement issued by owner of business
- ITR, Audited Financial Statements, and Official Receipt of tax payment
from bank supported with DTI Registration and Mayor’s
Permit/Business Permit - Bank Statements or passbook for the last 12 months
- Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise issued by appropriate
government agency (LGU for tricycles, LTFRB for other PUVs) - Other document that would validate source of income
- Commission Vouchers reflecting the issuer’s name and contact details
- If you are an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), submit any of the following:
- Employment Contract
- Employment Contract between employee and employer; or
- POEA Standard Contract
- Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC)
- CEC written on the Employer/Company’s official letterhead; or
- CEC signed by employer
- Income Tax Return filed with Host Country/Government
- Employment Contract
- If you are employed, submit any of the following:
- Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt and Updated Tax Declaration and (photocopy), if applicable
