Guide on Pag-IBIG Contribution Rate 2023 Based on Monthly Income
PAG-IBIG CONTRIBUTION RATE 2023 – If your monthly salary is between P1,000 to P1,499, here’s a guide on the monthly premium or savings rate.
The Pag-IBIG Fund is one of the government agencies with the most members. This state-run agency is most popular for its Housing Loan offer which has helped countless Filipinos acquire residential properties in an affordable way.
Aside from the Housing Loan offer, the government agency has several other loan offers for the qualified members. Among these are the Pag-IBIG cash loan offer, the Multi-Purpose Loan or MPL, and the Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan.
In order for a member to qualify for the loans, he or she must have an up to date account. This can be done by paying the exact Pag-IBIG contribution rate 2023 every month.
The Pag-IBIG monthly contribution rates vary depending on the source of income of the member and the amount that he or she is earning in a month. For employed members, the employers have a part on the total monthly contribution of the member.
If you are earning between P1,000 to P1,499, the total monthly contribution rate is equivalent to 3% of your salary in a month. Out of the said percentage, 2% will come from the employee and 1% from the employer.
For example, if your monthly salary is P1,000, your Pag-IBIG monthly contribution 2023 is P30 (1000 x 0.02). P20 or 2% of it will come from you and P10 or 1% is from the employer.
