LOTTO JACKPOT CASH PRIZES – Below are the grand cash prizes for the major lotto games of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) as of Thursday, July 6, 2023.
Many Filipinos are fond of playing lotto games. The authorized and legal lotto operator in the Philippines is the Philippines Charity Sweepstakes Office. It runs both minor and major lotto games.
The major lotto games of the PCSO has different draw dates in a week. They are the 6/59 Ultra Lotto, 6/55 Grand Lotto, 6/49 Super Lotto, 6/45 Megalotto, and Lotto 6/42. Daily, there are usually two (2) major lotto draws held at 9:00 p.m.
PCSO provides not only the major lottery games but also smaller ones like the Swertres Lotto, EZ2 Lotto, and the Small Town Lottery (STL) games. These minor lotto games feature daily draws but are limited to specific areas.
When it comes to the cash prizes for lotto jackpots, the major lotto games offered by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) provide multi-million cash prizes that usually surpass Php 5 million. These prizes continuously increase if there are no winners in a specific draw.
Among the major lotto games, the 6/58 Ultra Lotto currently has the highest jackpot prize. The jackpot prizes keep on increasing every draw where no bettor got the winning combination. Based on PCSO, here are the current lotto jackpot cash prizes as of today, Thursday, July 6, 2023:
- Ultra Lotto 6/58: ₱49,500,000.00
- Grand Lotto 6/55: not yet announced
- Super Lotto 6/49: ₱32,648,838.80
- Mega Lotto 6/45: ₱17,212,938.80
- Lotto 6/42: not yet announced
The cash prize is subject to a 20% Tax deduction as per the TRAIN Law. Also, it must be claimed within a year since the winning draw to avoid forfeiture.
