Electronic Enrollment:
- Step 1 — Login to your RCBC Online Banking – https://www.rcbconlinebanking.com/.
- Step 2 — On the main screen, click “Pay bills”.
- Step 3 — On the upper corner, tap Auto Debit Arrangement.
- Step 4 — Click +Add new.
- Step 5 — Choose HOME CREDIT as biller and account to be enrolled, enter your 10-digit HC loan account number then tap Continue.
- Step 6 — Read the Terms & Conditions and click I Agree if you agree to the T&C to proceed.
- Step 7 — Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to you through an SMS.
- Step 8 — A notification will appear on your screen if your ADA enrollment submission is successful.
