HOME CREDIT CASH LOAN – Here are the steps on how to enroll your account to a BPI Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA).

Aside from online, you may also apply for the Home Credit Cash Loan offer at a partner store of the lender or through a phone call to a hotline number sent to you along with the offer. The loan is payable from six (6) months up to 60 months or five (5) years.

With regards to the repayment of the loan, you may pay through an Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA), over-the-counter, on the website, or through your mobile app. If you have an account to the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), you may enroll your account for the ADA.

There are two (2) main options on how to enroll your Home Credit Cash Loan account to your BPI account for an automatic debit arrangement or ADA. You can choose between the tradition enrollment and the electronic enrollment.

Traditional Enrollment:

  • Step 1 — Download and print the ADA Form.
  • Step 2 — Fill out the form with your bank information.
  • Step 3 — Affix your signature to the form preferably using a pen with blue ink.
  • Step 4 — Send the signed ADA form to Home Credit Philippines. Address it to 11/F Vertis North Corporate Tower 1, Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City.

Electronic Enrollment:

  • Step 1 — Log in to your BPI app. On the menu, scroll down and tap “Auto Debit Arrangement” or you may also access the URL directly – https://bpi-ada.com/.
  • Step 2 — Choose “Home Credit” as biller.
  • Step 3 — Read the terms and conditions and tick the I agree box if you agree and then tap Continue.
  • Step 4 — Enter your Home Credit loan reference number or 10-digit loan account number.
  • Step 5 — Tap BPI peso account to be enrolled then click Next.
  • Step 6 — The mobile number you registered will appear. If correct, tap ‘Yes, send me the code’.
  • Step 7 — Enter OTP or one-time password sent to you through SMS then tap “Submit”
  • Step 8 — Done! You can now enjoy a convenient payment of your Home Credit loan.
