The ODSP is specifically for the benefiaciaries of OFWs who are earning USD 600 and below per month. Here are the qualifications if you want to apply for OWWA scholarship offer:
For incoming first year college students:
- Single
- Grade 11 graduate (Incoming Grade 12 / currently enrolled as Grade 12)
- Not more than 21 years old
- With a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 80% in all academic and non-academic subjects during the last school year attended in full load
For those in their 2nd to 5th year in college:
- Single
- Not more than 30 years old
- With a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 80% in all academic and non-academic subjects during the last school year attended in full load
There are also documentary requirements for application to OWWA scholarship ODSP. It is important to gather these documents ahead of time. With regards to the allowance under the OWWA scholarship offer, the government agency has posted the amount.
