PRIORITY COURSES UNDER DOST SCHOLARSHIP – Here is a list of the programs covered by the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarships.

In the Philippines, one of the entities that you may turn to for a scholarship is the Department of Science and Technology. It is more popularly called DOST and it is one of the biggest state-run offices in the country.

The DOST has several offices across the nation where Filipino students may apply for a scholarship. It has the S&T Undergraduate scholarships as well as the Junior Level Science scholarships. In this article, let us focus on the latter which aims to help 3rd year college students who are taking programs and courses in Science and Technology.

Under the scholarship offers for the Junior Level students in college, there are priority courses. As mentioned, the scholarship offers target students who are taking Science and Technology courses.

The courses marked with “1” are only available in University of the Philippines (UP) systems while those with “2” are four-year courses in Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU). The programs marked with “3” are available at De La-Salle State University (DLSU).

With regards to the programs marked with “‘4”, they are four-year courses available at the University of San Carlos (USC) while the courses with “5” are three-year courses scholars may take at DLSU. Last but not the least, the courses marked with “6” are four-year programs at the University of the Philippines-Manila (UPM).

To apply for the scholarship offer, there are DOST Scholarship requirements that the student-applicant must prepare and submit to DOST.
