Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Philippine Airlines which is one of the most popular airline companies in the country will resume its Manila-Bali flights starting July 1, 2022. The move is “part of a major international expansion coinciding with the reopening of the international travel”.
For several months, PAL has halted some flights due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The airline industry is also one of the sectors greatly affected by the pandemic as several borders closed when cases were high. Also, strict screening was conducted at every point of entry in most nations.
