REQUIREMENTS FOR BPI CASH LOAN – Here is a list of the documents that you need to prepare in appying for the personal cash loan offer of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).
The Bank of the Philippine Islands, more commonly called BPI, is one of the banks with multiple loan offers. One of it is the salary loan which is a multi-purpose loan offer that you can use in several purposes including big moves like financing a home renovation, car repair, or business expansion.
The bank’s cash loan offer is open for both the employed and self-employed individuals. It is also open for Filipinos who are working abroad. The bank has set different lists of requirements depending on whether the borrower or applicant is employed or self-employed.
List of Requirements for BPI Cash Loan Offer
If you are employed, prepare the following documents:
- duly-accomplished BPI Personal Loan Application Form
- valid ID issued by the Philippine government (with photo and signature)
- latest three (3) months payslips or latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Form 2316
If you are self-employed, prepare the following documents:
- duly-accomplished BPI Personal Loan Application Form
- valid ID issued by the Philippine government (with photo and signature)
- 3 years of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) or latest ITR
- Business Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC)
To apply for this BPI loan offer, bring your requirements to a branch of the bank nearest to you. The processing of the loan application may take five (5) to seven (7) working days. The bank will notify you regarding the status of your loan application.
