Update on PSBank Banking Operations during Holy Week 2022

PSBANK – The bank released an advisory for the banking operations and services during the Holy Week 2022.

Banks are among the essential businesses that continue their operation even on holidays and even amid pressing situations like the pandemic. At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, they continued their operation although most banks adopted flexible working schemes.

Most banks operated on a skeletal form and adjusted their banking hours. They also utilized the online platforms so their clients can still avail their services even without personally going to a branch. Mobile and online apps were built.

During holidays, there are automated teller machines (ATMs) where people can withdraw their money if bank branches are not operational. This Holy Week 2022, several banks including PSBank have released an advisory regarding their banking operations.

According to PSBank, all their branches nationwide will be closed on April 14 (Holy Thursday) and April 15 (Good Friday). Meanwhile, the bank assured that all their ATMs and their mobile or online app will be available for their client’s banking needs.

In its advisory, the bank is also notifying its clients that payroll crediting will proceed on April 14 and 15. With regards to the check deposits made after 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon April 13 which is the cut-off time will be processed on April 18.

With regards to the time deposits, the maturities on April 14 and 15 will be processed on April 18. PESONet transactions made after 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon on April 13 and on weekend will be processed on April 18.

In its advisory, PSBank stated that bills payments under the Automatic Debit Arrangement or ADA, the debiting of the accounts with dues on April 14 and 15 will proceed. With regards to loan payments to the bank under ADA, it will be debited on April 18.
