GCASH FEES – Here is a complete list of the service fees charged by GCash depending on the type of transaction.

One of the widely-used virtual wallet platforms in the Philippines is GCash. Just like the other platforms, it also implements service charges in certain transactions. Meanwhile, below, you will see that there are actually a lot of free services.

GCash Fees for General Account Transactions

  • Balance Inquiry via ATM – ₱3
  • Dormancy fee – ₱50
  • Balance Inquiry via ATM (International) – ₱50

Service Charges for Other Specific Transactions

GCash Cash In

  • via linked bank account in the GCash app (BPI and Unionbank) – FREE
  • via bank’s mobile banking app. Fees depend on bank partners – ₱0 to ₱50
  • via remittance in the GCash app (Moneygram, WU) – FREE
  • via Over-The-Counter outlets will have a fee once users exceed the monthly free limit of Php8,000 – 2% of the cash in amount

GCash Cash Out

  • via ATM withdrawal fee – ₱10 to ₱18
  • via Over-The-Counter outlets is charged with a withdrawal fee – 2% of the cash out amount
  • via ATM Withdrawal fee (International) – ₱150

Sending Money via…

  • Express Send – FREE
  • Send with a Clip – FREE
  • GCash Padala – ₱5 or 1.5%
  • Ang Pao – FREE
  • Bank Transfer – ₱15

Requesting Money via…

  • Request Money or KKB – FREE

GCash Mastercard

  • Offline Card Purchase – ₱150
  • Online Card Purchase – ₱215

GCredit

  • Penalty fee for unpaid due between 1-30 days after its due date – ₱200
  • Penalty fee for unpaid due between 31-60 days after its due date – ₱500
  • Penalty fee for unpaid due between 61-90 days after its due date – ₱900
  • Penalty fee for unpaid due 90 days onwards after its due date – ₱1500
  • Interest charged for the total credit purchased within the billing period – 5-7% of the amount

GLoan

  • One-time processing fee in addition to the loan amount – 3%
  • GCash set the penalty fee which is set to 1% of the loan amount, plus 0.15% of your total outstanding balance that will be charged daily – 1% of Loan Amount + 0.15% outstanding balance

Buying Load

  • Smart Products
    • Regular Load – 2% of load amount
    • Promo Load worth Php 100 and below – Php 1
    • Promo Load worth above Php 100 – Php 2

Borrowing Load

  • Penalty Fee
    • Borrow GOEXTRA99 – Php 2
    • Borrow GO50 – Php 1
    • Borrow EZ50 – Php 1 
    • Borrow Giga Video 99 – Php 2
    • Borrow Giga Video 50 – Php 1
    • Borrow All Data 50 – Php 1

Pay Bills

  • Billers with fixed fees – ₱0 to ₱60
  • Billers with percentage-based fees – 2%
