PAG-IBIG MULTI PURPOSE LOAN REQUIREMENTS – Here is a list of the documents that you must prepare and submit to Pag-IBIG Fund.

Pag-IBIG Fund does not only assist those members who want to apply for a housing loan but as well as those who are in need of cash for various purposes. You may apply for the latter under the Multi-Purpose or MPL loan offer of the government agency.

Pag-IBIG Multi Purpose Loan Requirements:

• duly-accomplished Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form in original copy
• one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to the Fund
• Proof of Income:
  • If employed, prepare the following:
    • the employer must accomplish the “Certificate of Net Pay” at the back portion of the application form; or
    • submit a photocopy of one (1) month latest payslip duly-authenticated by the authorized signatory of the company
  • If self-employed, prepare the following:
    • one (1) photocopy of ITR, Audited Financial Statements, and Official Receipt of tax payment from bank supported with DTI Registrant and Mayor’s Permit/Business Permit
    • one (1) original copy of Commission Vouchers reflecting the issuer’s name and contact details (for the last 12 months)
    • original copy of Bank Statements or passbook for the last 12 months
    • original copy of Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise issued by appropriate government agency
    • original copy of Certificate of Engagement issued by the owner of business
    • original copy of Notarized Affidavit of Income (HQP-SLF-136)
  • If overseas Filipino worker (OFW), prepare the following:
    • Employment Contract
      • photocopy of Employment Contract between employee and employer; or
      • original copy of POEA Standard Contract
    • Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC)
      • original copy of CEC written on the Employer/Company’s official letterhead; or
      • original copy of CEC signed by employer (for household staff and similarly situated employees) supported by a photocopy of the ID and passport of the employer
    • original copy of ITR
