Last time i was employed in the company year 1983-1985

good day tagal ko n po nag apply ng unemployment benefits sa sss nung nov. p, ne reject p nga nila, then inulit ko until now wala oang reply, tapos nag semd sila ng need ng proof for disbursement, until now wala p din tapos n ang 2020 wala p din,,,
I submitted my unemployment benefit application with complete documents as required last November 19 but up to now there is no response by SSS.
