  4. My mother’ name is Lucia Valentino and presently living in Fortune town Bacolod City. She is a pensioner since my father died in 1981. Only in January 2020 before the pandemic she received nothing for her monthly pension which is more than 3,000 pesos. My question is what she will do to inform the SSS that her pension has been cut off since January 2020. Thanks for the response and be highly appreciated. Neil Valentino/son
