The Pag-IBIG Fund has several offers for its members including multiples loans — the Multi-Purpose Loan or more popularly called the Pag-IBIG Cash Loan, the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan which is the loan offer that a lot of members have applied for, and the Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan that was crafted to help members in times of natural disasters.
To maintain your Pag-IBIG account updated for the possibility of qualifying to the loan offers, you need to regularly post a monthly contribution. It is also called as the monthly premium.
